A new Restaurant will be opening at the Inn at Sunset Hill from May 25th 2018
Chef Michael Beers CEC is excited to announce that in conjunction with the Inn at Sunset Hill, he will be opening, and operating, the Tavern at Sunset Hill. Starting Friday May 25, 2018, the Tavern at Sunset Hill will serve eclectic-new American tavern food in a casual and unpretentious setting…with possibly the most breathtaking view in the White Mountains.
Chef Corey Lombardo, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (‘11), most recently employed as the pastry chef of the exclusive Yellowstone Club, will serve as the Chef de Cuisine. Michael Uhrin, also most recently of the Yellowstone Club, will serve as the tavern’s General Manager and Beverage Director. This will be the second venture together for Chef Michael Beers CEC, Chef Lombardo, and Mr. Uhrin..
